Areation System
This complete Matala aeration system includes all the features of our Rocking pistone compressor and it is built into a heavy duty cabinet. The locking cabinet is landscape green color and designed for outdoor extreme weather conditions. The cabinet stands on a solid support base to maintain a level installation. Within the cabinet we have added a cooling fan with cross flow ventilation. The compressor plugs into a built in GFI outlet. All components are protected within. The heat protection hose leads externally and all you have to do is connect your air hose. Very simple to install and operate.
The cabinet should be located above pond water level and flood zone and within 50 feet of the shore. Do not bury.

The Rocking Piston compressor manifold kits are available as a 2 way, 3 way or 4 way manifold. Each manifold includes necessary hardware to connect to the 3/8" outlet of your air compressor. The oil filled pressure gauge allows for an easy read of accurate psi within your system. It does not vibrate like a non-oil filled gauge. The pressure relief valve will open at approximately 50 psi to alleviate back pressure and potential damage to the compressor. The multiple brass valves are 3/8" and connect to a heat protection hose which then connects to your actual air hose. The heat protection hose dissipates the excess heat from the compressor before it reaches your softer air hose.
